Il Nido is an enchanting apartment designed for two, located in Castelletto di Brenzone sul Garda, in a truly unique position: literally steps from the lake. Simply cross the road to reach the water, take a stroll along the shore, or set off on a bike trip thanks to the two bicycles provided. The accommodation also features private parking, easily accessible directly from the road. From the parking area, a staircase leads to the apartment entrance. As you climb, the panorama progressively opens up, offering an increasingly wide and suggestive lake view that accompanies the guest until their arrival.
The spaces
The apartment entrance is flanked by a livable balcony, perfect for relaxing and fully enjoying the lake view from the very first moment. Inside, Il Nido welcomes you with a warm and functional living room: on the left, a convivial table ideal for lunches, dinners, or a glass of wine, while on the right, an extendable sofa, Smart TV, and access to the sleeping area. The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi connection.
Sleeping area and bathroom
The living room leads to the double bedroom, comfortable and designed to ensure maximum rest. Next to the bedroom is a hallway leading to the bathroom, complete with shower, fixtures, and a large mirror, and to the kitchen, which is separate and well-organized.
Kitchen and outdoor spaces
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a water micro-filtration tap, and all the necessary comforts for self-catering. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the back garden, a quiet and private space furnished with a table and a marble platform, ideal for outdoor lunches, relaxing aperitifs, and moments of peace and privacy. The garden can also be reached directly from the external staircase, offering convenient and versatile access.
