Access to the home is practical and versatile: you can enter directly from the private garage via a convenient internal staircase, or through the external pedestrian gate along a short, manicured path leading to the main entrance and the pool area, complete with a garden for relaxing and cooling off. Once inside, you are welcomed by a bright open-space living area with air conditioning (split system for heating and cooling). To the left of the entrance, a comfortable sofa sits across from a modern flat-screen TV. Further on is the open-plan kitchen, featuring a dining table where you will find a personalized welcome kit with typical local products, designed to give you an authentic first taste of the region. The kitchen, fully equipped with an induction hob and all necessary amenities, allows for complete independence during your stay. From the kitchen area, a French door leads to the first outdoor terrace: the perfect spot for breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. This area overlooks the garden space that surrounds the apartment entrance. A functional hallway leads to the sleeping area and the bathrooms. Along the corridor are two modern, well-finished bathrooms, both equipped with all essentials to ensure maximum comfort. The sleeping quarters include a spacious, bright master bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined upon request to form a double bed). Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning.
